Content Portal Questionnaire

To initiate the onboarding process for the Content Portal, Content Providers should download and complete the Content Portal Technical Questionnaire. The questionnaire initiates the onboarding process and is required to provision a Content Portal account.

The completed Questionnaire should be submitted to wmcontentacquisitions@warnermedia.com.

The form has been validated to work with Adobe Acrobat.
